Training should be personal.

Everyone brings something different to the table. Different experience, different goals, different equipment, and different things they need to work on.

Casual Firearms offers one-on-one coaching designed around you, where you are now, and where you want to improve.

Whether we’re working together online through dry fire or in person with live ammunition, the goal is the same: identify what you’re doing well, figure out what is holding you back, and give you practical ways to improve.

Online Dry Fire Coaching

Train from wherever you are.

Dry fire gives us an opportunity to work on a surprising amount of your shooting without ever firing a round.

Through a live video session, I can observe your shooting mechanics, talk through what I’m seeing, and help you make adjustments in real time.

Depending on your goals, we might work on things like your draw, presentation, grip, vision, transitions, reloads, efficiency, or other gun-handling skills.

This isn’t a prerecorded class or a generic training plan. It’s one-on-one coaching built around what you need to work on.

What You’ll Need

A safe place to dry fire, your firearm and normal training equipment, and a phone, tablet, or computer with a camera.

We’ll establish a safe dry-fire environment before beginning any firearm handling.

In-Person Live Fire Coaching

Private instruction in the Raleigh-Durham area.

Sometimes we need live ammunition to see the complete picture.

In-person coaching allows us to work together on the range, identify opportunities for improvement, make adjustments, and immediately see how those changes affect your shooting.

Sessions can be built around fundamentals, concealed carry skills, shooting performance, specific problem areas, or simply becoming more confident and capable with your firearm.

The objective isn’t to force you into one particular shooting style. It’s to understand what you’re doing, identify what can be improved, and help you become a better shooter.

Not Sure Where to Start?

That’s completely fine.

You don’t need to diagnose your own shooting before contacting me. Tell me a little about your experience, what you’re currently working on, and what you’d like to accomplish.

We’ll figure out where to start from there.

Let’s train.
